The graphite plate includes: a ceramic layer, an upper graphite heat-conducting layer and a lower graphite heat-conducting layer. A lower aluminum foil layer accommodating cavity is arranged on the top of the lower graphite heat-conducting layer. A left aluminum foil layer accommodating cavity and a right aluminum foil layer accommodating cavity are arranged between the upper graphite heat-conducting layer and the lower graphite heat-conducting layer. Aluminum foil layers are arranged inside the lower aluminum foil layer accommodating cavity, the left aluminum foil layer accommodating cavity and the right aluminum foil layer accommodating cavity. Ceramic layers are arranged on the top of the upper graphite heat-conducting layer and on the bottom of the lower graphite heat-conducting layer. The lower graphite heat-conducting layer is provided with a groove. Three accommodating cavities are formed between the upper graphite heat-conducting layer and the lower graphite heat-conducting layer. Aluminum foil layers are arranged in the left aluminum foil layer accommodating cavity, the right aluminum foil layer accommodating cavity and the lower aluminum foil layer accommodating cavity. At the same time, ceramic layers are arranged on the top surface of the upper graphite heat-conducting layer and the bottom surface of the lower graphite heat-conducting layer to form a graphite plate of a composite material.
