The ptfe tube, called polytetrafluoroethylene tube, is a kind of high quality fluorine plastic Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin processed by extrusion and sintering process. PTFE, often known as "ferroflorone" or "plastic king", has extremely excellent performance characteristics that make PTFE tubes widely used in many industries:

Temperature resistance:

PTFE tubes can remain stable over an extremely wide temperature range, usually ranging from-20 C to + 260 C, and in some cases extended to-80 C to + 250 C, a tolerance for both high and low temperatures.

Chemical corrosion resistance:

almost no erosion by any chemical medium, including strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, etc., which makes it an ideal choice for conveying corrosive media.

Climate aging resistance and non-combustible: with excellent weather resistance and flame retardant, high oxygen index, not easy to burn.

Electrical insulation:

PTFE is an excellent electrical insulation material, and it can maintain good insulation performance even at high frequencies.

Low friction coefficient and non-adhesion:

smooth surface, very low friction coefficient, not easy to adhere to other substances, suitable for applications that need high cleaning or need to prevent adhesion.

High pressure resistance:

can withstand a certain positive and negative pressure, the specific pressure capacity according to the pipe wall thickness and processing technology is different.

PTFE tubes are used in a wide range of fields, covering machinery, electronics, automotive, aerospace, chemical, communications and other industries, often used to transport corrosive fluid, gas, as protective casing, wire and cable insulation layer, sensor protection, high temperature drug delivery pipeline and need highly clean or non-adhesive occasions.
