UHMWPE combines the superior properties of most plastics and is an extremely tough plastic. Excellent wear resistance, excellent impact resistance, chemical resistance. Even at low temperatures, it still has good mechanical properties and self-lubricating properties. UHMWPE has the best wear resistance among all the current engineering plastics. The higher the molecular weight, the more wear-resistant the material, even more than many metal materials (such as carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze, etc).
